Just 30 minutes from Malaga airport, 20 minutes to Golf courses (Alhaurin Golf, Lauro Golf), 10 minutes to La Trocha shopping centre (supermarkets, cinema, restaurants, bowling alley).

Situated on the banks of the Rio Grande in the campo in Coin, an up and coming village with all amenities, this private double finca enjoys the tranquillity of country life yet is within quick and good easy access to the village and only 30 minutes inland between Malaga and Marbella.

The large spacious finca is at the end of a very long double gated driveway. On entering through the first set of gates you pass the first of three grassed areas. These areas have fence posts in place and could be used as paddocks as the area is secure all round. Ideal for either private or for a business venture such as a trekking or kennels and any venture you may be contemplating.

There is a well house which houses also a water filtered deposit. Behind the well house is a fenced area which could be used for stabling or such like. All areas are secure.

The third grassed area has mature trees as well as Imposing palm trees lining the driveway and a stream runs alongside the property bringing the irrigation water from the mountains.

Reaching the second set of gates you enter into the stoned area of driveway which houses a large carport and hard standing for up to 9 cars. This area has the potential for reinstate the an original building as it is on the deeds still as a dwelling!

Moving on past the garden area which is also lined with palm trees, yucca trees and all sorts of mature planting you pass a gazebo with an electric supply, ideal for parties and functions. The configuration of these rooms would lend itself to a family member/s having their own suite of rooms within the property or even letting this section of the house out.

Walking back to the front door you turn your attention to the next part. From the bright and spacious dining room with the second open fire, there is a full length window from which you can view the length of the driveway. You then access the kitchen which looks onto the side and rear of the property and has plenty of cupboard space and fitted with oven, hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The open fireplace makes it ideal for cosy winter evenings. There is a pure water system in place.

Rising to the first floor onto the upper landing, the first door accesses another very attractive double bedroom with fitted wardrobes. It has a circular window to the side of the property ad a large window to the rear overlooking the back garden. The next door from the landing leads you into the master bedroom which is a large impressive room with mirrored arched windows to the front and side giving stunning views of the pool and gardens. There is an ensuite with a large walk in shower, toilet and basin with cupboards below. You also have a study/office area off the bedroom which could be utilised as a walk in wardrobe if preferred. From the master bedroom there is a door which leads onto the upper very large substantial patio area which can also be accessed from ground level, again with enormous potential.
